General Terms & Conditions
Booking & Eligibility
-
All performance bookings, including the Free Performance Tier, are subject to a prior screening process. The Unplugg Voices team reserves the right to approve or decline submissions based on artistic direction, technical feasibility, and overall event curation.
-
Artists applying under the Free Tier will be contacted only if selected. Non-selection will not trigger a separate notification.
-
Paid bundles must be booked in advance and confirmed via email or the official booking platform. Each recording session includes up to 2 hours per artist, covering setup, soundcheck, performance, and breakdown.
-
Bookings are non-transferable without prior written approval from Unplugg Voices.
Filming & Photography Packages
-
Free Tier: No video or audio files are provided.
-
Tier 1: One static camera captures the full performance. No handheld shots.
-
Tier 2: Two static camera angles cover the full performance from multiple perspectives.
-
Tier 3: Three-camera coverage — two static and one dynamic handheld or roaming shot covering approximately 30–50% of the session.
-
Photography: Each paid session includes between 6 to 20 professionally edited photos, taken from multiple angles during the performance. Specific shot counts are not guaranteed and depend on the lighting, venue layout, and artist movement.
-
Audio: High-quality live audio is recorded and synced with the final video(s). No re-recording will be offered unless technical issues on our end result in significant loss of quality or coverage.
Editing & Delivery
-
Included Editing: Basic editing includes audio sync, light trimming, and standard colour correction.
-
We do not provide advanced post-production, visual effects, or performance retakes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-
Standing mic setups are filmed in two curated indoor locations chosen by the production team for their lighting and aesthetic value. Artists cannot request changes to these locations.
-
Final delivery will be made within 3–5 weeks from the date of recording, subject to schedule and workload.
Audio Submission Requirements
-
Artists booking a paid bundle must submit a track, demo, or reference file at least 72 hours (3 full days) before their scheduled recording session.
-
Failure to provide the requested audio materials on time will result in the automatic cancellation of the session without refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
-
45+ Days Prior: 100% refund available.
-
7–45 Days Prior: 50% refund.
-
Less Than 7 Days: No refund available.
